1 Corinthians 6:9-11 ESV
9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

I.THE NATURE OF GOD’S LOVE FOR ALL MANKIND
A.Christianity is not just for the sheltered but for sinners, like me, too.
B.Lists do not save us. The love of God expressed to us through Jesus while we were still sinners is what saves us.

II.GOD’S PLACEMENT OF MAN IN CREATION
A.The image of God is what makes us human and what makes us the pinnacle of God’s creation. (Genesis 1:26-27)
B.The image of God is seen in man alone in that has a moral compass and the ability to reason.

III.FULLY HUMAN IN THE WOMB
A.The image of God is primarily expressed through the presence of a soul, which is present in utero. (Psalm 58:3)
B.The soul of a human being is not a part of our growth, but is present from conception. (Psalm 51:5)

IV.MORE ABOUT SELF THAN SCIENCE
A.The science continues to increasingly agree with the Bible on the issue of life in the womb.
B.Abortion is increasingly about the exaltation of self and nothing to do with science.
C.No one has the right to always do what they want with their body, from a scriptural and a secular perspective.
